Residents are members with a genuine stake and a voice in the community — not just renters.
Members elect a Board of Directors and vote on the decisions that shape co-op life.
Every member gives a few hours a month to a committee — Maintenance, Gardening, or Finance — to keep our community thriving and costs low.
As a non-profit, we keep housing charges fair and secure, so members can put down roots.
