Everything residents and guests need to know about parking at 2750 Jane Street.
On-site, assigned resident parking within a secure underground garage and a dedicated gated surface lot.
On-site visitor parking spaces are available for short-term guests.
Visitors staying overnight must register with the Co-op Office or obtain an active visitor pass. Unregistered vehicles are subject to ticketing or towing at the owner’s expense.
Residents needing additional or temporary long-term space must submit a formal request to the Co-op Parking Committee. Spaces are allocated based on garage and lot availability.
Dedicated wheelchair-accessible parking spaces are located near the building entrances for members and guests with mobility needs.
For additional city streetside parking, residents and visitors can apply for temporary permits through the City of Toronto Parking Permit Portal.
